From Tuesday, September 17 to Saturday, September 21, to celebrate Mexican Independence Day, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ invites you to come and celebrate the richness and diversity of Mexican gastronomy.<\/p>\n

Generous, vibrant, rooted in both tradition and innovation, this heartfelt cuisine is sure to capture your heart.<\/p>\n

\"\"The menu has been designed by our colleague Manuel Jaramillo<\/strong>, Sous-Chef at the Restaurant de l’ITHQ. Originally from the city of Toluca, Mexico, Manuel is delighted to share his culinary heritage with you. He will introduce you to the dishes and flavours of his childhood, which he has reinvented with a modern, local touch.<\/p>\n

He will be supported by Daniel Hinojosa<\/strong>, Program Coordinator at the ITHQ and a pastry chef by training, and Emma\u00eblle Guindon-Amyot<\/strong>, Pastry Chef at the Restaurant de l’ITHQ. The food and wine pairings and cocktail creations will be under the signature of V\u00e9ronique B\u00e9nard-Jimenez<\/strong>, Ma\u00eetre d’h\u00f4tel at the Restaurant de l’ITHQ.<\/strong><\/p>\n
